The Windows edition supports x64 / ARM64 PCs and touch handhelds, installed and updated through Microsoft Store. Basic is free; Windows Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase, CNY 38 in China, with local pricing shown by the Store. Windows and Mac / iOS purchases are separate. Keyboard, controller and adjustable touch input are supported. A compatible OpenGL graphics driver is required; some ARM virtual-machine graphics drivers do not meet this requirement.

Use iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. Enable Remote Play on your PS4 / PS5 and put your device on the same local network. Tap + in PS Remoter, then enter the console IP address, the console user's Account ID and the current pairing code. If discovery is unavailable, find the console's IP in its network settings and enter it manually.

Choose PSN sign-in in the pairing form and follow the two-step browser guide. After signing in on Sony's page, open Share and choose Complete PSN Sign-in. Back in the app, use the account to return to pairing. If the share action is unavailable, follow Share > Copy > close the browser > Paste. The Account ID is not the online username; never enter your password in the pairing form.

The upper home section uses saved console addresses. Basic supports play on the same local network. The PSN Remote Connection card below uses PlayStation Network over Wi-Fi or cellular. It needs Pro, PSN sign-in and suitable console / network settings. Cellular streaming uses mobile data. A powered-off console cannot be reached through standby wake-up.

If local network access was denied, enable it for PS Remoter in iOS Settings and try again. An expired pairing code must be replaced with the current console code. After a connection error, tap View diagnostics, or open Settings > Help & Diagnostics. Include the device, OS, console model and connection method when contacting support. Do not send passwords, authorization links, pairing keys or tokens.

Settings lets you change touch layout, opacity and automatic hiding, with separate portrait and landscape layouts. Pair compatible controllers through the system first. Configure mappings and deadzones in the app. Pro feedback, motion and adaptive triggers depend on device, game and OS support; effects can differ by connection method. DualSense controller speaker audio is not currently a promised feature.

The iOS one-time purchase covers iPhone and iPad. Its China mainland price is CNY 38; local and final pricing appears on Apple's purchase sheet. Mac Pro is separate, priced CNY 28 in China mainland. One platform's purchase cannot restore the other. Use the purchasing Apple account and Restore Purchases on the relevant platform. TestFlight transactions are tests and do not establish a paid production entitlement.

Start with local 720p / 30 FPS, then increase settings to suit the device, network and purchase tier. A wired console connection can reduce wireless variability. Audio follows the current iOS route. The microphone is off by default and requires explicit activation and permission. Backgrounding disconnects by default; optional short pauses still depend on the system's background execution limit.

You need macOS 14 or later. On PS5, enable Remote Play in Settings > System > Remote Play, then choose Link Device. On PS4, use Remote Play Connection Settings > Add Device. Connect the Mac and console to the same LAN, then pair in the app using the current code and the console user’s PSN Account ID. Sony browser authorization can retrieve this ID, or you can enter it manually.

Check that the console is powered on or configured for network wake. On PS5, enable Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network in rest mode settings, then choose Wake in the app. A fully powered-off console must be turned on manually. Check macOS Local Network permission. Basic requires the same directly connected subnet.

Start with a stable local network and, where possible, wired Ethernet for the console. Basic supports up to 720p/30 fps source video; Pro supports up to 1080p/60 fps. A higher display resolution or FSR does not add original detail to the console stream. HDR requires a compatible PS5, game and display. Interpolation may improve motion but adds latency and can create motion artifacts. Change one setting at a time to compare.

Choose Upgrade to Pro in the sidebar. Pro is a one-time purchase priced at CNY 28 in mainland China; Apple shows the local price in other storefronts. If you already purchased it, use the same Apple purchase account and choose Restore Purchases on the Pro page. Reinstalling the app does not require buying the same entitlement again. This purchase covers macOS only. Temporary Pro access in development builds is not a purchase.

Check that you installed the Mac App Store edition and are using the Apple account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases on the Pro page, then relaunch if needed. For support, send the purchase date, app/macOS versions and error message. Do not send passwords, full receipts, pairing codes or authorization tokens. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Check audio output and controller selection in Settings. Microphone use requires explicit activation and macOS permission. Basic supports standard controls and touchpad input; rumble, motion and advanced feedback require Pro and compatible hardware. Support also depends on the game, connection type and operating system.

Simplified Chinese and English are supported. The app follows macOS by default; change the language in Settings > Connection & App and relaunch. Removing a console removes its saved pairing record.
